Honors

My sister Bernadette passed away in 2014 at 66 years old. Her proudest accomplishment was attending the Peabody Institute for piano lessons. Music meant a great deal to her. At one point she volunteered to teach a music class at a local parochial school in inner-city Baltimore.

Sis, as I called her, had a young soul, and she went through life with a certain naivete. She also fancied herself as a writer and she actually did collaborate on a movie script. This was in 1991, Maxim Zul, starring Adam West of TV Batman fame. Most of her writings were of the fantasy genre, as she had a very vivid imagination. I miss her a lot.
